class info
All daytime classes are held outside at South West Manchester Cricket Club. You can choose to workout on the patio or grass, pay as you arrive, £7 cash or book online. Discount passes are available online or in person too. We welcome all abilities, genders and ages to our classes and believe strongly in inclusivity, body positivity and building a non-competitive, non-judgemental fitness community.
Evening classes are taught on Zoom, and participants can have their camera on or off. Most classes are open to all abilities, fitness levels and ages (+14) with the exception of the Post Natal classes, designed for those who have had a baby recently, or have childcare responsibilities and would like to bring their child to class.

bodysculpt
A total body workout with strength and cardio elements, all to an ever-changing playlist. Standard, Progression and Advanced options ensue all abilities get the most from this 50 minute workout.
STRETCH:TONE:CORE
Your Fitness First Aid Kit! 30 minutes of deep stretch, back and hip care, core strength and always finishing with Face Yoga.
outdoor circuit training
Participants work round a ‘circuit’ of different cardio and strength exercises, with optional shuttle runs and a variety of equipment such as battle ropes, resistance bands and benches.
post-natal outdoor circuit training
A high energy class, consisting of bursts of strength and cardio especially designed to be safe and effective for post natal women, with a range of different exercises to suit women at differing stages of their recovery. Babies and toddlers are welcome in this class.
strength via Zoom
A 45 minutes strength workout using weights or kettlebells, designed to strengthen and define muscles, increase bone density and raise metabolic rate. All abilities welcome.
resistance bands
A 50 minute class, where we use both long and loop resistance bands to achieve a highly effective and time efficient strength workout. Optional cardio elements are offered for those who want to add a cardio-vascular dimension to the class..
