Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’ve been helping all kinds of people meet their fitness and health goals for over fifteen years. With my background in behaviour change and addiction programmes, I’m now running my own wellness and holistic health business and believe everyone deserves to be empowered to take control of their own fitness journey.

SARAH’S experience
I help people get fitter and healthier, through lifestyle changes like movement and exercise, healthy eating and support with life challenges.
I work with individuals and small groups from my studio in Chorlton, and also work freelance across the UK, internationally and via Zoom. I teach popular fitness classes in South Manchester and to an international client base via Zoom.
I have thousands of hours of presentation and teaching experience, including Strength and Resistance Training, Post Natal Core Restore, Circuit Training, Kettlebell training and assisted stretching techniques. I’ve helped hundreds of people improve their health and fitness, in person or on line, from one off advice sessions to every week for decades! I specialise in women’s health issues such as menopause health and Post Natal fitness, and like to utilise my experience in social work, counselling and addiction to bring a holistic approach to fitness
